Cancellation policy

At Wildest Dreams Flowers, we offer a variety of purchase options to suit your floral needs. Below are our cancellation policies based on the type of purchase:

Cancellation Policy

We totally understand—plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, please take note of our policy:

  • For standard orders: Cancellations must be made at least 48h hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup or dispatch for a full refund.
  • For custom or large orders (e.g., weddings, events): Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Please note that deposits for custom or large orders are non-refundable due to the time and preparation involved. Any cancellations made after this window will result in a 50% charge due to preparation and floral costs.
  • Same-day orders: Same-day orders are non-refundable once placed.

Please note: Due to the nature of fresh flowers and other perishable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every arrangement is handcrafted with care, just for you!

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime, but cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next delivery to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
  • Prepaid Subscriptions: Prepaid subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 months) cannot be canceled for a refund after the first delivery. You will continue to receive deliveries until the end of the subscription period.

 
Pre-orders

 
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Gift Cards

  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

Perishable Goods

  • No Returns: Due to the nature of fresh flowers and perishable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases.
