At Wildest Dreams Flowers, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements and gifts to your doorstep. Please take a moment to review our shipping policies to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
1. Delivery Areas
- We currently offer local delivery within Hertfordshire, surrounding areas and nationwide shipping within UK.
- International shipping is available for certain non-perishable items (e.g., vases, gifts & dried flowers only. Please contact us directly for more information.
2. Delivery Times
- Local Delivery: For any fresh flower or plant deliveries within our local area, orders must be placed 48h before you would like the delivery. Orders placed after this time might not be guaranteed for the day you would like the items delivered.
- Standard Delivery: Standard delivery for nationwide shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. all parcles are shipped with Royal Mail and we have a 2 -3 day dispatch time.
- Local Deliveries are made either between mornings 8am - 1pm or afternoons 1pm - 6pm (if you need delivery after this time e.g after work contact us as this is something we can do) Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and peak periods (e.g., holidays).
- Weekend/Holiday Deliveries: Deliveries on weekends or public holidays are subject to availability. Please contact us ahead of time to confirm if your order can be delivered on these days.
Funeral Tributes Delivery
- We handle all funeral tribute deliveries with the utmost care and sensitivity. Our team coordinates closely with funeral homes, churches, or any specified location to ensure timely delivery. We aim to have all arrangements delivered at least 1-2 hours prior to the service, allowing ample time for setup. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we recommend placing funeral orders at least 48h+ in advance. During this delicate time, we are committed to providing compassionate and reliable service.
3. Shipping Costs
- Local Delivery Fees: Delivery fees for local orders vary based on the delivery zone and will be calculated at checkout.
- We also offer FREE collection.
- Collection from parcel lockers with EVRI is available (this depends on what you are ordering and if it will fit in a locker)
- Nationwide Shipping Fees: Nationwide shipping fees depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to your total.
4. Order Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time may vary during busy periods (e.g., holidays, wedding seasons), so we recommend placing your order well in advance.
- Same-day local delivery we are working very hard to eventually be able to offer same day delivery if you do need some flowers urgently please contact us.
5. Delivery Instructions
- Please provide detailed delivery instructions at checkout, including gate codes, apartment numbers, or any other information that may help our drivers.
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to leave the arrangement in a secure location. If no secure location is available, we will attempt to contact the recipient to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Weather Conditions: Extreme weather (heat, cold, storms) can affect the quality of flowers. We reserve the right to delay delivery if weather conditions pose a risk to your order. In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule.
- P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately, we cannot ship fresh flowers to P.O. boxes. Non-perishable items may be shipped to P.O. boxes where applicable.
7. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched for nationwide shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email or text to monitor the delivery status. For local deliveries, you will be notified once your order has been delivered.
8. Customs and Import Taxes (International Orders)
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to international orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, and any additional fees will be the buyer's responsibility.
9. Delays and Issues
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery windows, there may be occasional delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and work to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
- Missed Delivery: If the provided delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for missed deliveries. Please double-check your delivery information when placing your order.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure there is a secure location for delivery. If your package is missing, please check with your carrier or neighbors and other problems please reach out to us.
11. Undeliverable Items
- If an order is undeliverable due to recipient unavailability or an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you for further instructions. Re-delivery fees may apply.
12. Perishable Items
- For orders containing fresh flowers and other perishable goods, it is essential that someone be available to receive the delivery. Flowers are delicate and should not be left outside for extended periods, especially in extreme temperatures.
13. Special Delivery Requests
- If you have any special requests (e.g., specific delivery time, delivery for an event or business), please include them in the delivery instructions at checkout or contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but please note that certain requests may not always be possible.
